Trading changed my life.

It doesn’t feel that long ago that I was a struggling entrepreneur, with my start-up (which I’d dedicated my entire twenties to building) in dire trouble, and my young family to look after.

I had hit rock bottom. It felt like my life was spiralling backwards, right at the point it should have been moving ahead.

My wife, children and I had to move in with my parents to get by – a position I (and they) had never imagined I’d be in at nearly thirty.

My business’s website got hacked and years’ worth of data was irretrievably lost – JUST at the moment I was starting to become profitable, losing me tens of thousands of dollars.

I really wasn’t sure if I’d be able to recover: financially, emotionally and mentally.

Fast forward a few years – I had learnt to trade stocks after stumbling upon a Reddit post about trading. I genuinely did not even know what a stock was, or how the stock market worked when I started out (embarrassing but true!). However, I managed to apply all the lessons and resilience I’d learned from my past experience and “failures”, to develop my approach that led to me making two million dollars: all in front of an online audience of 100,000 people on YouTube.

Today, I am a professional trader, and have just moved into my dream home I built with my profits. I no longer have to question whether I can afford to buy that morning coffee or not, my family are taken care of, and my parents come to stay with me now. I have FREEDOM.
