Listen While You Trade – A Trading Coach in Your Ear is a collection of audio recordings that provide reminders of what to focus on while trading, scanning, and in your pre-trade routine. It’s like having a trading coach or mentor sitting beside you, telling you what you need to hear in the moment.

A trader’s job is to follow their trading plan during trading hours. Yet, once the trading day begins, or the trading platform opens, the thoughts come rushing in. You convince yourself you know better than your strategy, your nervousness convinces you to skip a trade, and your need/want to make money lures you into a poor trade. Ouch.

You are putting work into your trading, but a quick impulse is ruining it all. You know what you should do, but you can’t seem to do it.

• Brief Core Reminders (2.5 minutes) is a brief recording with the most important reminders. If you feel yourself slipping, listen to this to provide clarity on what you need to do.
• The Core Reminders (9 minutes) reinforce what your jobs are as a trader, why and when you do the various jobs (most traders mix these up), and provide insights on getting into the right mindset for trading or scanning. This can be listened to regularly to reinforce quality habits around your trading. It can also be useful when placing trades, ensuring those trades align with your strategy and are executed with a clear mind.
• Reminders While You Trade (25 minutes): This recording provides reminders to follow your plan during trading hours, explains why that is necessary, thoughts to help overcome mental objections, and addresses common trading problems.
